Oh Jack Reacher. You are cool. Calm. Calculating. And always on point. Child grabbed me on the first pages and didn't finish wringing my synapses until the final page. As you can see, I enjoy the Reacher novels. The last two didn't impress me quite as much as the first. But this one jumps right back in the fast lane. Child tells the story a little differently this time, which was a wise move. He keeps the pages turning by adding a little narrative from 'the bad guy' here and there. It was just enough info to keep me guessing all the way through the book. I think it was the most suspenseful Reacher novel of the 4 I've managed to read. I hope, with some 8 more Reachers to read, that title is short lived. Something tells me Child won't disappoint.
