Enormously disappointed in this one. I saw Connelly on "Dateline" and thought that as a hard-boiled L.A. and Florida crime reporter, he would document a lot of interesting, unique, complex crimes and use his expert reporting skills to find out who dun it. Actually, however, outside of TV, crime is pretty boring. "So and so shoots Joe Schmo in the head because of a gambling debt, hides the gun in the attic, is an obvious suspect and the cops go there and arrest him." Um, this kind of stuff happens a million times a day. There were a couple of interesting cases, but most weren't. Crime not only doesn't pay, it's actually a big yawn.
