Loved parts of the book, even made me tear up at one point. Still, there were so many different things going on at once... At one point, I thought everything was winding up, but I looked at my audiobook and realized I still had three cds left of story. EEk! :0

I refuse to spoil the book in this review, but I actually did the Scooby-Doo 'Huh' noise listening to the audiobook when I heard the scene with Jack taking care of business for Mel when the clock was ticking. I can't say more. But, it was definitely something I *WAS NOT EXPECTING*. EEK!

One of the relationships moved way too fast for me, so it didn't really do anything to me story-wise. One night together, and then undying love? Ummm okay. I wasn't very interested in the relationship with the actress, either. Then again, there was some other relationships that really resonated with me.

Regardless, I'm somehow addicted to the series. Can't resist ;)
