Pros:
Imaginative. The idea of 'the organization' is a great one.
Jane has a strong personality and is well developed.
This book tends to lean towards conspiracy theory, which is always fun.
I did not see the ending coming.
At a distance the cover art looks like Darth Vader's helmet. 8p
The beginning of the book really grabbed my attention.

Cons:
Jane is the only developed character, the rest seem to flit in and out of the reader's frame of perspective. This may have been what Ruff was aiming for, but it did not really work for me.
I wasn't able to guess the end due to the fact that I did not have enough information to form a hypothesis.
Usually when reading a book I am constantly thinking about what happens next. Bad Monkeys however, kept me in the present. My point being, Ruff did not give me the option to guess the outcome, and I like having that freedom.
After the gripping beginning, Ruff failed to keep that initial hold on me.
Frankly you don't need language like F*** and G** D*** to write a good book. This book would have been fine with out them.

Not the worst, but definitely not the best.
Worth reading if you want a mind trip that slowly begins to warp the very laws that govern our existence.
