Meena Harper is sick of things that go bump in the night...especially Vampires It doesn’t help when her bosses decide to introduce a Vampire Story line into the Soap Opera she writes for, in fact she wouldn’t mind stake them all herself. Then one dark and stormy night, while walking her dog, she runs into Lucien Antonescu a real life Romanian Prince. Meena can’t fight the attraction she has for him even when she discovers he is a real life dead guy. Soon she is drawn into a dark and dangerous web of vampire and vampire hunters.

Can you really add anything new to the over done vampire genre? If you’re Meg Cabot the answer is yes. This is a fresh new look at Vampire lore that keeps you reading and wondering what next. After reading this book I was desperate for more and immediately went online to see if Ms. Cabot would be writing a sequel. Thank goodness she is…I am hoping for a whole series!!!!
