Dust starts off like a three legged nag in a horse whipping contest. About halfway into it I thought this was a pretty good book. As I hit the last 70 or so pages I became submerged in a fog of visions and other vagaries that were beginning to lose me by the page. As I hit the last page it was all I could do to lift my head from the pages, snap the book shut, and wonder what the hell that was all about. I give it three stars because I like the premise for a fresh take on the flood of zombie material hitting the market. Other than that well, I will be glad to be moving on to my next reading adventure.
