Janos Kershaw's "The Hitler Myth" is probably the best there is on the Nazi dictator, whom he sees as a model example of Charismatic Leadership in the Weberian sense. The book was translated and published in Hungarian a couple of years ago, and did very well.

I will certainly read this one.
