Like most books like this, I found it a good combo of common sense and "putting words to something that you do, but don't know why, but know that it works."

Their point is to get people comfortable with change, you need to take into consideration logic, emotion and the path, or way to do it. Basically, know how people work, be positive and touch on all 3 of the areas. Focus on the positive. Don't overanalyze.

Can and Do.

1 "timing" problem - one of his examples is how BP was able to change by, among other things, refusing to accept holes might be empty and getting the government off it's back. Oopsy! Might want to edit that out in the new edition!
