In a not terribly original story, terrorists upset trade negotiations while a Cardassian Gul demands the station be turned back over to Cardassia. Oh, and a murderer escapes the Cardassian ship and is loose on the station with only Odo to stop him. Yep. Tilton managed to sneak that gem in too.

Betrayal is okay, but it spends way too much time on an original Cardassian character. The characterization of Garak is completely wrong. Overall, not a very enjoyable read, but not as bad as it could have been.
