Juliet, Naked is strongest in its ear for the way people really talk and behave. Hornby is a master of capturing the nuances of every day life, people sitting around together doing nothing much. He pulls this off while rarely being boring.

The story is fine, the characters quirky and highly individual, and I laughed. All around decent read.
