Although it's been seven years since I actually read this book, it remains one of my all-time favorite non-fiction books. Each chapter discusses -- in detail -- the ways in which cadavers are used to further various forms of research, such as use by medical students, learning about auto-related safety, and so on. Maybe some people would find it morbid but I was absolutely fascinated by it. Highly recommended.
