I probably would give this book 3 and a half stars if I could. I don't think it's a 4 star only because maybe it's a little bit too chick lit for me. Some parts just seemed like I wanted to say, "Gag me with a spoon". You knew what was coming with all the flirting when they were on the mountain. I should say coming from Ashley. It was good and I did like it. I also liked the reader on this audio, probably why I kept listening. Some parts seemed to be repeating itself and I'm not sure if this was the author or if I had a bad audio tape.

And, speaking of tapes. That has to be the longest batteries I ever had the priviledge of knowing about. Wonder where I can buy some. Ben had a recorder and was talking in it all the time to his wife back home while he was stranded on the mountain. All I could think about is when are the batteries going to run out?

I didn't like the ending too much but that's just me. I wanted him to end up with his wife. With a love that strong it seems to me they would have been together.
