An interesting and controversial mystery which touches on some of today's top hot buttons. Kera Kollmorgan, a nurse at the local Planned Parenthood, gets drawn into the mystery when she realizes that the body of a teen girl who visited her for treatment of an STD has been discovered naked in a dumpster. Unable to directly assist the police because of confidentiality issues, Kera begins to investigate on her own. What she discovers stuns her, can it be true, is the teen Christian Bible Study group really a cover for an illicit sex club? Kera finds herself the target of a religious fanatic who is bound and determined to teach her a lesson, even if they have to kill her to do it...

Dedicated to all the women around the world who have been denied reproductive choices and services, it is no secret where the author's feelings lie. Unfortunately, this also impacts her writing negatively, as all the anti-choice fundamentalists are merely stereotyped caricatures. While this may be intentional, it feels unnecessarily heavy handed. Otherwise though, the author has written a compact and compelling story, with more than enough twists, turns, and red herrings to keep the reader guessing until the very end.]]>
