The interview with Cherie Priest about her novel Boneshaker is great for the wonderful overview it teases out of a zombie steampunk story set in Seattle.

The Gingerbread House is particularly gruesome and frightening. It's a good look at how to tell an apocalyptic story incidentally, with the catastrophe only present in the periphery of the characters who have more important things to worry about.
