** spoiler alert ** The book was well-written, but I thought it could have been a lot shorter than it was. It seemed to drag on between the first murder and the second and the ending was a little TOO tidy. I have no problem with him being the hero and saving the girl and her solving the crime and them living happily ever after but to tie in the drug crime at the end and have that linked to the murders fifteen years ago and to solve those as well was unnecessary. It's ok to leave some loose ends.
