Original plot---not your ordinary fantasy book. It kind of reminded me of The Phantom Tollbooth--not in the plot---but in the tone of the book. The story had way too many details in the writing. I wish it had moved along a little faster. I'm glad that I read the glossary in the back where it listed the Seven Deadly Sins. The story fit together better for me because I understood that Mister Monday represented sloth.

Patrick I didn't get the background about the sins until the middle of the 3rd book when it suddenly dawned on me that she was gluttony. I really like the first 4 books of this series.
