I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is told in multiple first person, which could be problematic, but the author weaves the voices together seamlessly. I really enjoyed the nuanced handling of the main character, and her interactions with the other characters, as well as the integration of Nordic superstition, legend, and general aspects of life in that time and place. The story grabbed my attention from the first page and dragged me straight through until the end. Great book!
