Mildly interesting memoir of Tom Brokaw's childhood in South Dakota. I only read it because my father-in-law left the book for me to read. I'd be much more interested in reading "The Greatest Generation." If nothing else, though, Brokaw mentioned a couple books that are probably worth reading: "Main Street" by Sinclair Lewis and "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee" by Dee Brown.
