I would have given it a 3.5 if that was possible, but faced with "really liked it" and "liked it", i had to go with the latter and I'm not sure why. I enjoy Meg Cabot as an author who specializes in nerdy moderately spunky heroines, and her main male lead was top shelf hot stuff in this book. But for some reason I just didn't feel like this book did Meg Cabot justice, or vice versa. Heather Wells is a heroine who sticks with you, and I suspect that I'll remember nobody from this book (least of all Meena Harper) in even a few weeks, nonethless a few years. The prince of darkness might stick around a little more, but he was a little stereotypical. I did like that MC poked fun at the Twilight hysteria...
