While I would've liked for the author to spend a little more time developing the relationship between Chase and Sara, I still really enjoyed this installment of Melton's SEAL books. The action in the second half was exciting and well-done. Chase's emotions seemed believable, as well. The epilogue was sweet but a little cheesy. ;-)

I've only read Show No Fear but I was impressed by her action and military scenes. I think this author is a good match for people that like Christy Reece. Too bad she got her series canceled.

I didn't know the series had been dropped! Is she writing anything else? I recommend you go read the rest of the series. They all all very entertaining. And you're right, Reece is a good comparison.
