bookshelves: on-my-nook, review-copy, didn-t-finish

Couldn't finish this one. I thought it was very dull, pages and pages of the same thing over and over again. Lots of description about Egypt, but no plot. And while I liked Sally, I couldn't get excited about her love interest. Read some reviews and skimmed through a little more and didn't find a reason to keep reading.

Jenny Q Some people like it! It won a big award, though I can't imagine why...It's not that it's bad, it was just very boring for me and there are so many other books calling my name!
