Don't know exactly when I read this, but am glad I did.
I first heard Eva Herr on an internet talk show. She was talking about medical intuition, which is one of her gifts. She received this gift after a near-death experience. Eva was NOT someone who was previously interested in the metaphysical. This book is half her story, and half channeled information from an entity who speaks much like the "Seth" material. However, this is more directed at the layman than the Seth material, from my understanding.
I know Eva personally, and can vouch for her integrity. Aside from her medical intuition, Eva also hosts a weekly internet only broadcast on bbsradio.com Sunday 10pm Eastern/7pm Pacific, The Infinite Consciousness. She interviews all kinds of wonderful people on topics of quantum physics, consciousness, health and wellness, and more.
