it was amazing

Read from February 21, 2011 to July 21, 2012

I adore this book! I cannot say enough about it, this is my third or fourth time reading it and I am still blown away. I adore Liberty and if I could have my very own Gage I would never leave my/our room! This is Mrs. Kleypas' first contemporary novel and although I NEVER want her to stop writing historicals she can write all the contemps she wants if this is what the ending result will instill in me after all this time.

I know many people feel that the wrong man won, but I gotta say in no way in my mind do I think Gage should have lost! I groan every time I read about the big had that pushes that pen towards Liberty, that hand with those all so familiar scars, I scream NOOOOO!!!! NOT HIM! NOT NOW!!

Read again on 7/21 and still LOVE IT!!
