Visions in Death (In Death, #19)
by J.D. Robb
by J.D. Robb
I read #20 before this one so expected that the psychic would turn out to be doing something naughty but that was not revealed until the last 3 pages. Kept me glued because I could not see how she would end it.
Always a pleasurable read. I can switch off from studies and everyday issues. J.D. Robb knows the psyche of criminals and what makes each novel in this series interesting is the amount of detail around the setting of story. In Visions' case it was knowledge of handcrafts. She researches her subject thoroughly and brings the context into the crime scene in believable chunks.
