I am sad to see this series end, the world that the book is set in is a fun one filled with lots of different things. I have really grown to love Mira and Danaus. They both have changed over the course of the series.

You just knew there would be a big battle with this book, but I really felt let down by the ending. There was all the build up through this 400 plus page book then the battle happened in just a few pages at the end, it was a big let down.

I was often confused when reading this one due to 2 different points of views both in the same person, they weren't marked at all, which did lead to some confusion until you realized which character was narrating the story.

I did love all the alliances that made and the couple of new characters that were introduced. In a way I wish we could get one more book to see just what the ramifications were of the revelations and how Mira works with her Leige, now that they have meet in person.
