Not as exciting or interesting as I was hoping. I definitely appreciate Fanon's chapter denouncing post-colonial bourgeois elites (who basically perpetuated colonialism after its formal dissolution), and I found the final chapter ("Colonial War and Mental Disorders") highly illuminating. I suppose I was envisioning less of a Leninist take on colonialism/post-colonialism, and I also find myself a bit nervous about Fanon's seeming endorsement of violence.
