My first book of 2011 was a fun read. What would we find if we suddenly entered a door we never noticed before? In the case of Isabella, a girl with no friends, she finds herself in an parallel world where making friends comes a little easier to her. In fact she finds she may have roots in this world that explain her life back home. The author inserts her opinions occasionally through out the book something I enjoyed but could see where it might annoy some readers.
