Amelia and Emerson are back, and after the mysterious death of Lord Baskerville, they are begged by his widow to finish excavating the tomb he was working on. Unworried by the "Pharaoh's Curse", the Emersons head to Egypt and leave their son Walter "Ramses" Emerson with Walter and Evelyn. More murder and mayhem are encountered by the Emersons throughout the season and several recurring characters are introduced in this volume: Cyrus Vandergelt and Kevin O'Connell. Both are very entertaining, but for different reasons.

I LOVE this series, I was, however, not very impressed with this volume. Thankfully the series gets a little better with the next installment "The Mummy Case".
