I picked up this book in the airport when I wanted to see the Bourne Supremacy and hadn't seen the Bourne Ultimatum yet. I figured I would read the first two and then see the movie. It had been years since I saw the first movie, so the book was like starting all over. It wasn't what I had recollected - it was SO MUCH BETTER! I was thoroughly engaged in reading this book. It was exciting, thrilling and very well written. A colleague has since told me that after reading all three of these books he won't see the movies. I tried to watch the first movie again and totally understood - I was so disappointed with the movie, when I distinctly remember really enjoying it years ago. I am anxious to finish reading the second book would be intrigued by anything Ludlum now!
