This is a spare narration. But good. This kid, Kenneth Tingle, grew up in a rough neighborhood. But he grew up. And he did good. He wrote a book that takes the reader into his tough Boston neighborhood; into foster homes; into crime; into redemption... He does a decent job and it's worth reading.
