This book is full of emotions - love, laughter, sadness, jealously, and many more. Two sisters are creatively trying to eke out a living on their family farm, when their former step-sister shows up. Some of the situations are a little over-the-top (a peg-leg for a rooster?), but it is an enjoyable book.
