really liked it

** spoiler alert ** I've always enjoyed the Quirk Classics. I feel that I am at least getting a glimpse into those classics that I have not yet had the chance to read while having an alternate reality created that really draws you in. Leo Tolstoy and Ben H. Winters create a Russia that has all the advancements that we enjoy today. It is in this world that we learn of the lives of Anna Karenina, Count Vronsky, Konstantin Levin, and many other characters that graced the pages of Anna Karenina. Their struggles for acceptance, love, peace while fighting aliens and a possible dictatorship draws in in as you try and find out what will happen next to the characters and their beloved Class IIIs. There are many times where you can relate to the inner conflicts of the characters, especially those of Anna Karenina and Levin. Their humanity shines quite frequently in their world of robots.

The story can drag in certain places but quickly picks back up with adventure or drama renewed. It is almost too easy to sympathize with the characters as they go about their lives, as complicated as they maybe. I felt a connection to Anna Karenina in more than one place. It can be hard to control your thoughts and emotions with the people that mean the most to you. This is by far our greatest weakness and Android Karenina helps to realize this. There is even a twist at the end which makes it well worth it to give this Quirk Classic a chance.
