Not a bad read, but nothing new. I have two main problems with this book. Number one-Typical Judge, Law prof, lawyer ect. Good ideas but not realvent in the real world. See the whole chapter on the war in Iraq and Tourture. Number two-Being a judge he should know that Lie detector test are not used in a courtroom as evidence for a reason. They are absolute bullshit. See the section on Jeffery McDonald. This is just an example of someone who has no real agrueement about a case so they make shit up-A shame. I had respect for the Judge up until that point. It taints every other point he makes in the book and he does make some good points (love the section on War on Drugs
