it was amazing
bookshelves: fantasy
Recommended for: everybody
Read in January, 2005

The book reimagines the Arthurian legends as a religious war fought undercover by the women, and focuses on Morgaine's efforts to keep to keep the Goddess alive.
Bradley does a spectacular job of stringing together the hodgepodge of Arthurian legends, and also makes references to Greek and Saxon literature.
