I had been told that this was a really fun series. They were not wrong. I laughed my way through this book in only about 30 hrs. It was just too funny to put down.

Stephanie Plum just lost her job and is now hawking stuff from her apartment to get money to live on. She hears that her cousin is looking for someone to do filing at his bail bonds business. But when she gets there she is too late to get the job. But he does have another job that will make her money fast. She becomes a Recovery Agent, or in other words a bounty hunter.

Her first case happens to be to capture an old semi-flame that took her virginity back in High School. Then at a later time ran over him with an old car (just to get back for never calling her after the lost virginity incident). But Stephanie doesn't have the first clue about how to catch a fugitive.

The characters that Evanovich creates are not only funny but toughing as well. and you can't put this book down to even sleep. So as a result I ran to the store and quickly pick up the next book in the series.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
