I read this book in one day. It was a very easy read. It had some helpful points and I appreciated his abundance of Scripture refs. My disappointment was in his lack of clear explanation of what lust is. It's still not clear in my mind. I heavily appreciate this book and would recommend it to lots of my guy friends. It was a good research book for my project as well. This book also reminded me a lot of Randy Alcorn's Purity Principle

Good book, but not the best. I'm giving it a 3.

Luke From what I got out of the book, lust is the perversion of God's plan for sex.
