Margot lives in a country of people suspicious of her. She doesn't know why, but the kingdom her mother came from, by the sea, is calling to her. Margot intends to go, and figure out the Book of the Sea, a magic book left to her by her mother.
According to the men, women aren't supposed to use magic, but Margot isn't going to let that stop her. What she doesn't know is that the king of this new country is trying to find out the same things, and he plans to do anything to get that book...
