Woah what a roller coaster of a book. I forgot how it really doesn't let up throughout.

On rereading this I found that I just loved every page. More of the usual gang, more Luna, more Neville. A new teacher and lots more secrets unveiled about voldemort and his background. The whole mood of the book is much more serious, even more dark and with lots of anticipation about the final showdown that's soon to come.

All our favourite gang are finally growing up and becoming young adults which is very exciting even if that means the hormones are in overdrive. I really enjoying seeing the people they are becoming (does that make me sound old?). That said I will never ever get the Ginny-Harry paring. Not in a million years will I get that!

The ending of course is devastating. How could it not be? Even now after knowing what is coming it still gets me every time.

Looking forward to seeing the film and hoping that not too much is cut.
