This is only my second Heyer book that I have read and I liked it just as well as the first one. It does feel a little disjointed at times especially as to who is really the main character in the novel. It follows about 4 or 5 storylines, some more detailed than others. I wasn't too pleased with the ending as all seemed to be forgiven within a matter of moments after such treachery. I will continue reading Gerogette Heyer as so far her books are fluffy bits of fun that don't take themselves too seriously.
