I really enjoyed reading this book. Capone is such a fascinating part of American culture. The more I read about him the more intriguing he became. Lots of great information in this book.
Eig's writing style engaged me from the start and really held my attention. The book is extensively researched and copiously noted. The notations were odd, but they worked.
If you are interested in the Roaring Twenties or gangsters, this is the book for you.
