In Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell continues his engaging story-telling style to explore Outliers in society, from the super successful sports stars, rock stars, and computer genuises to extreme failures like Korean Air and their old safety record and fueds in the Ozarks. Malcolm argues against the simple popular myths and explanations for the success and digs deeper to analyze the culture and opportunities that enable the behaviour.

This book is especially intriguing after reading Talent is Overrated because it provides a good balance to the perspective from that book by adding the available opportunities side of the deliberate practice equation.
