I haven't seen the movie, but I'm familiar with the previews and the general story...I'm glad about that, because I'm not sure I could have followed the story as well. Without the usual punctuation (quotation marks, apostrophes), it was a little hard to tell who was talking, when events happened, etc. But I ended up really liking Bell, who seemed so wise and still vulnerable, real and still heroic in some way. The violence was unsettling because it was so nonchalant, but it only made Bell's thoughts and opinions more relevant. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie, though I'm nervous about the violence and possible gore.
