really liked it
bookshelves: read-in-school, fiction-fantasy-low

I remember reading this book in grade school. I was in 3rd or 4th grade. I was especially interested because one of the characters is named "Joy" but I'm happy to report that I don't steal other people's lunches.

Wayside school was built wrong. Instead of being 30 classrooms next to each other, they built them on top of one another, creating a 30 story building. Except, there's no 19th floor.

This book introduces us to Miss Jewel's classroom.

This is a fun book for older elementary students. They can relate to the kids in the book and will also enjoy all the weird things going on.
