When I picked this book up at the library, I actually said,
"The only reason I'm gonna read this is so I can rant." So--here goes.

Why, why, why!!! Seriously, Jaqueline Wilson has found her 'niche' I guess. She's making money from it. But she certainly is not making good books. The poor little rich girl, lucky little poor girl, estranged father, amazing talent, happily ever after story is all that happens in Wilson's books and Little Darlings is no exception.
It's a saccharine novel, simply written. The sentences are dull, dull, dull. The characters are sterotypical Wilson rubbish.
