    <body><![CDATA[I admit I didn't attempt to make every single recipe in this book, but I sure came close.  The ones I did manage were delicious and I felt content knowing that I was eating healthy.  Even if you're not on the South Beach Diet I would recommend some of the recipes in here.]]></body>
