it was amazing
bookshelves: kids, classics

I like to re-read this series every Christmas. sure, there's the whole 'Christian allegory' side, but that doesn't detract from them being fun, imaginative, heartbreaking books.

David Nicholl Personally, i think the christian allegory is only there if you want to see it. It's very subtle and isn't 'in-your-face'. I think too many people put too much emphasis on it. Great stuff, Christian or not! :-)
