it was amazing
bookshelves: graphic-novel

A gorgeously brutal capstone for a mountain of a series that was always about more than a Grail quest. Great storytelling has levels, and you need a mental elevator to hit them all when reading Rex Mundi.

Despite the seriousness and the violence, there is also a great sense of humor (albeit mostly played out in the newspaper articles that separate sections).

I was reading this as an anti-Christian text, but everything turns. Still, it didn't bother me too much.
