by Joanne Fluke
by Joanne Fluke
In this installment of the Hannah Swenson series, murder comes to Hannah's door as the victim is killed in her cookie shop.
Connie Mac, the "Cooking Sweetheart" comes to Lake Eden to be part of the Winter Festival and gets killed while baking a cake in Hannah's shop. Even though Hannah has been warned not to interfere in the investigation, she is worried that her shop will remain a crime scene until the crime is solved. As Hannah tries to find out who killed Connie Mac, her list of suspects grows longer and longer as she finds out that the victim was not really a sweetheart. Add in a ghost, and Hannah having to find ovens to provide cookies for the festival, and craziness ensues!
