I'm giving up on this book. Its way too familiar to me, also, I'm just sick of hearing about hindu-muslim riots.. terror attacks... terrorists... Although its sad what happens, I'm just sort of done with the topic.

Also, much of what Mehta talks about, I'm way too familiar with, and I don't like familiarity. Although what he writes (after only reading 69 pages) is quiet true, its not the absolute truth. This book could have been written with a different perspective as well, meaning, India is very diverse, including financially, there are the poor, middle class, rich class, very rich class and they all have access to different ways of living...

This book is probably great for those who aren't familiar with what happens INSIDE India and for those who like reading about things they can relate to. Just wasn't for me.
