Highly disturbing book, which you should be able to gather within the first few pages. Interesting, funny, different from any other book I've read. I will say that it was difficult for me to identify with the characters. Fiona tries to present herself as different from the other girls, the "hello kitties" of the world who go along with what society tells them they should be, yet she spends most of her money on brand name clothing and spends her time in upscale nightclubs drinking expensive drinks. She is as snooty as she judges other women to be. Sean is supposed to be smart and quick-witted, yet he is bested by his apprentice. Sean and Fiona are both sociopaths, making them very difficult to like. All of the other characters are obnoxious, which is, I suppose Choi's intention.
